We endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Postage is charged at orders under £15 will incur a £2.95 packing & postal charge, under £30 a £4.95 packing &  postal charge,  under £50 order will incur a £6.95 charge and all orders over £50 are free delivery. We may ship outside the United Kingdom but you need to email us first to confirm a shipping charge ,also we do not ship Lampe Berger outside of the U.K.
